LMM is a healthcare market access, procurement optimization, regulatory coordination, fulfillment coordination, and Med Grade Storage platform operating under AFAQ Group, Dubai, UAE. LMM provides coordination services between manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, regulatory authorities, and Med Grade Storage operators. LMM is not a direct seller of medical products in all cases. Procurement, regulatory, storage, and fulfillment services may involve coordination with third parties.
Supplier partnerships are subject to partner performance review. Commercial terms are assigned privately on a case-by-case basis and are not publicly disclosed.
Regulatory approvals, product registrations, import permits, and shipment clearances / shipment permits are subject to applicable authority requirements. LMM facilitates preparation and submission but does not control authority decisions. Regulatory outcomes, approval timelines, and permit conditions remain subject to applicable authorities. LMM is not a regulatory authority and does not issue permits or registrations. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
Product availability, pricing, and delivery terms are confirmed on a per-request basis. All quotes are subject to stock availability and regulatory compliance.
Storage terms are assigned privately. LMM uses FEFO rotation for all expiry-sensitive healthcare products.
Membership-based purchasing access is subject to facility verification and approval. Terms are agreed privately.
Tender participation support does not guarantee award or contract. LMM facilitates preparation but does not control evaluation outcomes.

LMM's liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law. We do not guarantee specific procurement outcomes.
Client data and uploaded documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Access is restricted to authorized LMM personnel.
Website submissions are reviewed by LMM and may be converted into an internal case after validation. Approved submissions receive a case reference. Response time is 2–3 business days for initial triage. Not every submission becomes a case. LMM reserves the right to decline submissions that do not meet operational, regulatory, or commercial requirements.
Disputes are resolved under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
