Uploaded documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorized LMM personnel. Document categories include: company profiles, product catalogues, product classification records, product registration records, manufacturer or site registration records, regulatory certificates, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, batch/expiry lists, import permit documents, shipment clearance / shipment permit documents, procurement lists, storage requirements, artwork/label files, and other business or product-related documentation. Document categories may also include tender documents, contracts, quotations, invoices, proof of delivery, transportation documents, temperature handling requirements, and other documents required to evaluate, process, clear, store, transport, or fulfill the requested service.
We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with regulatory authorities (MOHAP, EDE, Dubai Municipality, customs, FANR, and other applicable authorities), matched buyers, suppliers, logistics partners, Med Grade Storage operators, service providers, and professional advisors only as necessary for service execution, regulatory submission, shipment clearance / shipment permit processing, or Med Grade Storage coordination.
All commercial terms, supplier pricing, internal evaluation notes, commercial scoring, SOP-based charges, and internal quotation templates are treated as strictly confidential business information. They are not publicly disclosed and not shared with other suppliers or unauthorized third parties.
