Step 6: Review & Submit

Review your information and submit your service request to LMM.

After submission, you will receive:

  • Submission confirmation email
  • Case tracking ID
  • Status: Submitted for Review
  • Next step: LMM triage and commercial review
  • Expected response: 2–3 business days

Your request becomes one LMM Case, routed by service type and assigned to the right team internally.
